{"id":54294,"date":"2025-03-10T20:42:30","date_gmt":"2025-03-10T18:42:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fest.europeanschoolradio.eu\/?p=54294"},"modified":"2025-11-09T13:53:56","modified_gmt":"2025-11-09T11:53:56","slug":"registrationsactivities9thfest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fest.europeanschoolradio.eu\/en\/registrationsactivities9thfest\/","title":{"rendered":"Registrations for activities for the 9th Festival"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"21\">Dear Teachers\/Team Leaders,<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"23\" data-end=\"135\">\n<li data-start=\"23\" data-end=\"135\">We are pleased to announce that <a href=\"https:\/\/fest.europeanschoolradio.eu\/en\/workshops\/\">all our activities have been published<\/a>, and you can now proceed with bookings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul data-start=\"137\" data-end=\"226\">\n<li data-start=\"137\" data-end=\"226\">For the activities on Thursday from 12:30 to 15:00, you will need to choose one area:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"228\" data-end=\"380\">\n<li data-start=\"228\" data-end=\"306\"><strong data-start=\"230\" data-end=\"251\">Secondary School:<\/strong> Activities either in <strong data-start=\"273\" data-end=\"290\">Neos Marmaras<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"304\">Nikiti<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"380\"><strong data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"328\">Primary School:<\/strong> Activities either in <strong data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"360\">Nikiti<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"364\" data-end=\"378\">Metaggitsi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"437\">To make your reservations, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"439\" data-end=\"1122\">\n<li data-start=\"439\" data-end=\"528\">\n<p data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"528\">Select the workshop\/seminar you are interested in by clicking on the scheduled time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"750\">\n<p data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"583\">Once on the activity&#8217;s page, click <strong data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"580\">BOOK NOW<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"750\">Then, click <strong data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"609\">LOGIN<\/strong> and enter your username and password in the respective fields (these will be sent to the responsible teacher&#8217;s email after registration).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"892\">\n<p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"892\">In the <strong data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"771\">SEATS<\/strong> field, select the number of students who will attend. For main events, you can register all students from your school.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"996\">\n<p data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"996\">The <strong data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"912\">COMMENT<\/strong> field is optional. Fill it in only if necessary, such as for Thursday\u2019s seminars.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1122\">\n<p data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1122\">Then, click <strong data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1040\">SUBMIT YOUR RESERVATION<\/strong> and make sure that after booking, you see the message <strong data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1119\">&#8220;BOOKING SUCCESSFUL&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1394\">If you make an incorrect booking, you can modify your submission. Click on the workshop again, and at the bottom left under <strong data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1260\">Bookings<\/strong>, you will find the <strong data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1303\">Manage Reservations<\/strong> link. By clicking on it, you can edit\/delete your reservation or view all your bookings.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1401\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1457\">2) Preparation Requirements for the 9th Festival<\/h3>\n<h4 data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1479\"><strong data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1477\">Mandatory<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1902\">\n<li data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1641\">Assign students to either the <strong data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1538\">Sound Engineering Team<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1562\">Journalists Team<\/strong> (names should be entered in the COMMENT field of the corresponding booking).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1763\">A full list of student, teacher, and chaperone names to be provided at the entrance of <strong data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1760\">Porto Carras Grand Resort<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1796\">Registration for activities.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1902\">An <strong data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1820\">A2-size poster<\/strong> of your school\u2019s radio team for your booth (must be printed and brought along).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"1923\"><strong data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"1921\">Optional<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"2367\">\n<li data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"2055\">A <strong data-start=\"1928\" data-end=\"1961\">traditional dance performance<\/strong> from your region at the Opening Ceremony (please inform us at <a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2051\">fest@europeanschoolradio.eu<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2133\"><strong data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2091\">Participation in the DJ Party<\/strong> with a student (register via the form).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2249\"><strong data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2147\">A video<\/strong> is to be screened on Friday at the Indoor Gymnasium (please inform us at <a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2245\">fest@europeanschoolradio.eu<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2367\"><strong data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2299\">Participation in the music stage or concert<\/strong> with 2-3 songs (please inform us at <a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2363\">fest@europeanschoolradio.eu<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2374\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2376\" data-end=\"2402\">3) Meal Arrangements<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2700\">Please inform us if you would like to have <strong data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2521\">an additional meal before the main events at Porto Carras Grand Resort<\/strong> with catering services. This will be arranged by the event organizers. We need to know in advance to include you in the schedule and provide the corresponding price per person.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"58\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"56\">4) Introductory and Coordination Meeting for Schools<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"60\" data-end=\"261\">We are eagerly preparing to welcome you and are here to explain exactly how the program will be implemented each day and for each activity.
