In the “Power Kidslates” workshop, children from Kindergarten to Sixth Grade 0f Primary school will enjoy a combination of pilates and aerobics, in an outdoor environment with the picturesque harbor and Toroneos Bay in the background. With 30 children participating, the workshop offers a fun and beneficial physical exercise experience that enhances the fitness, flexibility and the overall well-being of the young participants.
Through specially designed exercises, children will learn basic pilates movements for proper posture, core strength and balance, combined with dynamic aerobic movements to enhance cardiorespiratory health. The activities will be fun and easily adapted to the age and abilities of the children, creating an energetic atmosphere full of joy and excitement.
A unique opportunity for children to combine sport with the wonderful nature of the port, while at the same time learning the importance of physical activity for their body and health.
