The festival’s central events will take place at the Porto Carras Grand Resort. This year, the Festival will have an international character, as youth teams from other parts of Europe will also participate. The hotel will operate EXCLUSIVELY for student activities and accommodations for the Festival.

Given the limited availability, you will need to start the process of publishing a Call for Proposals as soon as possible for your accommodation (including breakfast and half board) and transportation. Once you proceed to the selection of the offer from the travel agency of your choice along with the corresponding accommodation, please inform us via email at fest@europeanschoolradio.eu about where you will be staying and which travel agency you are using so that we can handle the remaining organizational details. The central management travel agency for accommodations is Choice Travel in Thessaloniki.
The activities and events will take place at Porto Carras (Wednesday evening, Thursday morning and evening, Friday morning and evening, and Saturday morning). For additional transportation, you will need to plan for an excursion to another area of Sithonia on Thursday midday (within a range of 20–30 km from Porto Carras).
