Guided tour by the Association of Water mills in Metagitsi

The members of The Water mill Association are pleased to offer a walking tour to 35 primary school students and their companions. The walking distance would be 2,5 kilometres and along the tour you will enjoy the beautiful natural landscape!

The tour will end up in a traditional stone-built Water mill, which it took a lot of time and effort for the Association to maintain and turn it into a local landmark.

It is located next to Havria river in Hlkidiki, a place surrounded by many plane trees!

Bring with you a hat, hiking shoes and we are ready to go! We will walk on an unmade road which is in a very good condition, don’t have doubts about it!

Joining this tour, you will experience the hospitality of the residents, and enjoy various homemade treats at the main square of the village.

This experience will be unforgettable. Meeting pure and simple people of the village full of energy and knowledge to share with you!
