25 Jan Invitation for Schools to Participate in the 10th European School Radio Festival 2026
The 10th Student Radio Festival “European School Radio 2026” will take place from April 22 to April 25, 2026, in Corfu, and invites Primary and Secondary schools from Greece, Cyprus, Greek communities abroad, as well as schools from other countries to participate in the largest in-person student radio event of the year.
The year 2026 marks ten years of a dynamic educational institution that promotes creativity, collaboration, freedom of expression, and student journalism, using radio, podcasting, music, and digital media as contemporary educational tools.
The Festival is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports and is co-organised by the Scientific Society “European School Radio – The First Student Radio”, the Directorate of Secondary Education of Corfu, the Region of the Ionian Islands, the Ionian University, and AHEPA Corfu, with the support of the Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education of the Ionian Islands.
During the Festival, students will participate in:

radio, music, and artistic workshops,

educational activities in mixed working groups,

live radio and online broadcasts,

cultural routes and events,

as well as the Award Ceremonies of the International Student Podcast & Song Contest “Make It Heard 2026”.
