Ionian Academy

The Ionian University is a dynamic, multi-island institution with a strong research, scientific and teaching presence in Greece and internationally. It was founded in 1984, in the historic city of Corfu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Today it consists of five faculties and twelve Departments, which operate on four islands (seven Departments in Corfu, three in Kefalonia, one in Zakynthos and one in Lefkada).
