The Palaeopolis-Mon Repos Museum is located within the Mon Repos Estate, approximately 2 km from the center of modern Corfu town. It is housed in the historic villa built during the British Protectorate by the High Commissioner Frederic Adam (1828-1831). The building is a prime example of neoclassical architecture in the Regency style.
The ground floor features memorabilia from the British era, while the first floor showcases antiquities from the archaeological site of Palaeopolis.
