Hike to the Parthenon

Parthenon is a traditional preserved settlement of Halkidiki, 5 kilometers from Neos Marmaras. It is built amphitheatrically on a slope with an excellent view of Toroneos gulf with the islet Kelyfos and Neos Marmaras. During your visit there you will be impressed by the dense vegetation, the stone houses of Chalkidiki architecture with characteristic chimneys, the stone alleys and of course the panoramic view.

The hike will take place in the pine forest, on a dirt road 3.8 km long in total.

Each group’s mission is based on a Worksheet to “Gather their own treasure” and using as much as possible of their finds΄ to create a fantastic story. The story with the richest imagination will be awarded.
