Dear Teachers/Team Leaders,

  1. We are pleased to announce that all our activities have been published, and you can now proceed with bookings.
  • For the activities on Thursday from 12:30 to 15:00, you will need to choose one area:
  • Secondary School: Activities either in Neos Marmaras or Nikiti
  • Primary School: Activities either in Nikiti or Metaggitsi

To make your reservations, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the workshop/seminar you are interested in by clicking on the scheduled time.

  2. Once on the activity’s page, click BOOK NOW.

    Then, click LOGIN and enter your username and password in the respective fields (these will be sent to the responsible teacher’s email after registration).

  3. In the SEATS field, select the number of students who will attend. For main events, you can register all students from your school.

  4. The COMMENT field is optional. Fill it in only if necessary, such as for Thursday’s seminars.

  5. Then, click SUBMIT YOUR RESERVATION and make sure that after booking, you see the message “BOOKING SUCCESSFUL”.

If you make an incorrect booking, you can modify your submission. Click on the workshop again, and at the bottom left under Bookings, you will find the Manage Reservations link. By clicking on it, you can edit/delete your reservation or view all your bookings.


2) Preparation Requirements for the 9th Festival

Mandatory

  • Assign students to either the Sound Engineering Team or Journalists Team (names should be entered in the COMMENT field of the corresponding booking).
  • A full list of student, teacher, and chaperone names to be provided at the entrance of Porto Carras Grand Resort.
  • Registration for activities.
  • An A2-size poster of your school’s radio team for your booth (must be printed and brought along).

Optional

  • A traditional dance performance from your region at the Opening Ceremony (please inform us at fest@europeanschoolradio.eu).
  • Participation in the DJ Party with a student (register via the form).
  • A video is to be screened on Friday at the Indoor Gymnasium (please inform us at fest@europeanschoolradio.eu).
  • Participation in the music stage or concert with 2-3 songs (please inform us at fest@europeanschoolradio.eu).

3) Meal Arrangements

Please inform us if you would like to have an additional meal before the main events at Porto Carras Grand Resort with catering services. This will be arranged by the event organizers. We need to know in advance to include you in the schedule and provide the corresponding price per person.

4) Introductory and Coordination Meeting for Schools

We are eagerly preparing to welcome you and are here to explain exactly how the program will be implemented each day and for each activity. We will also be happy to answer any questions you may have!

We have scheduled a meeting this week for you, where you will have the opportunity to meet the organizing team and for them to get to know you as well.
